Rules and Regulation
- The candidate / parent is advised to study the rules and reguations of the Institution
thoroughly before applying for admission. Once application is submitted it would for all purpose
mean that the candidate / parent has consented to abide by the rules and regulations of the
school.
- Refund / transfer of admission fee is not permissible under rules in any case.
- Application / admissiom form found incomplete in any respect shall not be entertained.
- A candidate shall not be allowed to make any change in admission form once it is submitted in
the school..
- If, at any stage, it is found or it comes to the notice of the Institution that, a candidate /
parent has furnished false / incorrect information (statement) or used fraudulent means for
seeking admission, his / her admission shall be cancelled without assigning any reason
thereof.
- The candidate selected for admission shall be required to produce all the orginal certificates
as well as true copies at the time of admission failing which the admission of the candidate shall
stand cancelled.
- The school reserves the right to make amendments in the admission policy, number of seats,
fee structure or any other matter related to admission.
- A pupil may not be allowed to sit in the annual examination, if he/she has not put in a
minimum of 75% total attendance during the academic session.
- If a pupil remains absent for more than 15 days without leave / written permission /
intimation, his / her name shall be struck off from the rolls wihtou intimation and may be re-
admitted only after paying new admission fee etc. with proper permission of the principal.
- In case of serious breach of discipline the delinquent student is liable to expulsion /
rustication from the school.
Documents required to be submitted along with Admission Form.
- Date of Birth certificate / School Certificate ( For Nursery and K.G's)
- Marks Certificate of qualifying examination (for all classes except K.G classes)
- Discharge / transfer / school leaving certificate (for all classes except class 11 th and 12 th )
- Provisional / Character certificate ( for Classes 11 th and 12 th )
- Identity Card of Parent ( Father / Mother)
- Migration certificate (for class 10th , and 12th )
- Registration Card (for Class 10th , 11th and 12th )
- FIR copy (for wards of Police Martyrs)
- Recent Passport size 04 coloured Photographs with white background. ( For all classes)
